Shipping & Deliveries

All website sales orders are dispatched via Express Post via Australia Post or eParcel (subject to service selected on website before checking out).
We dispatch goods Monday to Friday.
For delivery we suggest approximately 1-2 business days for Express Post, subject to Australia Post. Approximately 3-5 business days for Standard Delivery via Australia Post.
If sending goods to your place of work, it is helpful to include the business name, office tower name and level.
Orders over $150 in a single transaction will be eligible for free shipping and will be sent Standard Delivery via Australia Post.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
Our Returns Policy outlines the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.
